The client retains all rights to their existing content, branding, and intellectual property provided to Noveri for use in the project.
Upon full payment, the client is granted full ownership rights to the final website design and code created specifically for their project. This does not include:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of our working relationship.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and that the final website will function as described in the agreed proposal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noveri's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project in question. We are not liable for:
