Noveri provides web design and online presence services, including website design and development, local SEO setup, Google Business profile management, branding, and ongoing website support. The specific services, scope, deliverables, and fees for any client engagement are set out in a separate project agreement issued to each client.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables created for them as agreed in their SOW, unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for project delivery
  • Responding to requests for feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring that any materials provided to Noveri (including text, images, logos) do not infringe any third-party rights
  • Making payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in the project agreement. Typically, a deposit of 50% is due on project commencement and the balance upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998. Noveri reserves the right to suspend work until overdue payments are received.

7. Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, they remain liable for all work completed to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable unless Noveri fails to commence work within an agreed timeframe. Specific cancellation terms are set out in each project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noveri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranties and Representations

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that specific business outcomes (such as revenue growth or lead volume) will be achieved, as these depend on factors outside our control.
